How Much Does Pilates Cost in Weston, FL?
$49 for a week, $199 for a month. Those are the two ways into FS8 Weston Lakes right now, and both are unlimited classes for their period rather than a pack of sessions you spend one at a time. The rest of this page is what each of those two prices actually includes, what they work out to per class once you start going, and which of the two makes sense depending on whether you have done Pilates before.
1 Week Intro: $49 — a week of unlimited classes, first-time visitors
1 Month Unlimited: $199, regularly $300 — limit one purchase per person
Class length: 50 minutes · Class styles: Resistance, Cardio and Hybrid
Studio: 286 Indian Trace, Weston, FL 33326

The two prices, side by side
| What you buy | Price | How long it lasts | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 Week Intro | $49 | Seven days from your first class, unlimited inside that week | First-time visitors who want to try the studio before committing to a month |
| 1 Month Unlimited | $199 (regularly $300) | One month from the date of purchase, unlimited inside that month | Anyone who already knows they want to start and wants to build the habit |
Both are one-off purchases for a fixed period, not a rolling monthly charge. The current prices and the live schedule are on the FS8 Weston Lakes home page, and the intro week has its own page at 1 Week Intro.
Why there is no price per class here
Most studios quote a per-class rate and then sell you a pack. Neither of the two offers above works that way: inside the week or inside the month you take as many classes as you want, so the price per class is not a number the studio sets. It is a number you set, by how often you show up.
Which makes the arithmetic worth doing before you choose, because it changes the answer.
| If you go… | Classes in a month | On the $199 month |
|---|---|---|
| Once a week | About 4 | Around $50 a class |
| Twice a week | About 8 or 9 | Around $23 a class |
| Three times a week | About 12 or 13 | Around $16 a class |
The honest reading of that table: the month only makes sense at two classes a week or more. If one class a week is all your schedule has room for, start with the $49 week instead and find out what the habit actually feels like before you buy a month of it. On the intro week the same arithmetic puts three classes at roughly $16 each, which is the cheapest any class gets at this studio.
What the price includes — and what there is nothing extra to pay for
Every class at FS8 Weston Lakes is the same 50-minute session: reformer Pilates, tone work and yoga-inspired movement blended into one class. There is no reformer class to upgrade to and no separate yoga class to add on, so the reformer is not a premium you pay on top of the price — it is in every class you take.
What you choose when you book is the style, and all three cost the same:
- Resistance — the most controlled of the three, built around technique, lean muscle and bone density.
- Cardio — the fast-paced one: plyometrics, agility and explosive movement.
- Hybrid — a 50/50 fusion of the two.
Classes are low-impact and designed to be taken at your own pace, and trainers walk first-timers through the equipment as the class goes. So the price does not assume you arrive knowing what to do with a reformer, and there is no beginner course to buy first.
The two small print details worth knowing before you pay
- The intro week starts when you do, not when you buy. The package expires seven days from first use. Buying it on a Sunday and taking the first class the following Thursday does not cost you four days.
- The month runs from the date of purchase and is limited to one purchase per person — it is an introductory price, not a renewable rate. That is the reason to start it on a week you can actually train, rather than the week before you travel.
What the studio has not published a price for
Two things, and we would rather say so than guess: there is no published price for a single drop-in class, and no published price for an ongoing membership after the intro offers run out. If that is what you are comparing, ask directly — call (954) 271-1077 or email weston@fs8studio.com, and you will get the current number from the studio rather than an estimate from a web page.
So which one should you buy?
Take the $49 week if you have never done reformer Pilates, if you are not sure the schedule works, or if you want to try all three class styles before spending more. One week is enough to take each style once.
Take the $199 month if you already know you want to start. The three styles feel different enough that one class of each leaves you with three first impressions and no verdict; a month is what it takes to repeat them, notice which one you look forward to, and turn two classes a week into something you do without thinking about it.
